This role supports mission-critical federal health operations by developing, managing, and maintaining support agreements that enable collaboration across defense health programs.
You will work in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance with federal directives and cybersecurity standards while supporting complex technical and operational initiatives.
The position plays a key role in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements such as MOAs, IAAs, and ISAs across multiple stakeholders and product teams.
You will collaborate closely with government personnel and internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution of all support documentation.
This is a detail-oriented, communication-heavy role that requires strong writing skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
The environment is remote-first, structured around core collaboration hours and regular virtual meetings with cross-functional and mission stakeholders.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage a full range of support agreements, including drafting, revisions, renewals, amendments, and terminations in compliance with federal guidelines.
  • Ensure all agreements align with applicable regulations, including DoD and cybersecurity standards, while maintaining accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of active and historical agreements, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to support operational and product-related agreement needs.
  • Create, maintain, and improve templates, processes, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and standardization.
  • Track schedules, deadlines, and deliverables related to support agreements across multiple programs.
  • Develop and report metrics to leadership, supporting process improvement and decision-making.
  • Deliver training and guidance on support agreement processes, standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of project management or related experience.
  • Strong technical writing and editorial skills with exceptional attention to grammar, clarity, and consistency.
  • Familiarity with technical domains such as cybersecurity, healthcare systems, engineering, or emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and organizational boundaries.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online preferred.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, support agreements, and PMBOK principles preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: 85,000 – 95,000 USD annually.
  • Performance-based incentives and program-specific awards may be available.
  • Remote work flexibility with structured virtual collaboration.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Generous PTO, parental leave, and flexible spending accounts.
  • Access to training programs, certifications, and e-learning platforms for continuous development.
  • Career growth opportunities within a mission-driven, federal contracting environment.
