This role focuses on managing employee lifecycle contract activities within a global, fully remote organization operating across multiple jurisdictions. You will play a key part in ensuring employment agreements, amendments, and related documentation are accurate, compliant, and aligned with local labor laws. The position sits within a fast-paced, international HR environment where legal precision, operational efficiency, and employee experience must work hand in hand. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as legal, payroll, and compliance teams to support smooth and compliant workforce operations. The role also involves contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance scalability and consistency. This is an opportunity to work in a highly distributed team where autonomy, ownership, and adaptability are essential.
- Manage employee lifecycle contract processes, including drafting, updating, and maintaining employment agreements, amendments, letters, and related documentation with high accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to local employment laws, regulatory updates, and collective bargaining requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employment contract-related queries, providing guidance on legal and contractual interpretations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as payroll, legal counsel, compliance, and external bodies to ensure seamless and compliant operations.
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation while ensuring confidentiality, data integrity, and adherence to internal policies.
- Support process optimization efforts by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced employee experience.
- Contribute to internal documentation updates related to contract management and lifecycle processes.
- Proven experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management, particularly in handling employment contracts and compliance-sensitive documentation.
- Strong understanding of employment law principles across multiple jurisdictions and ability to apply them in practical HR processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, documentation-heavy workflows accurately.
- Experience working with HR tools and collaboration platforms such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, or G-suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, asynchronous, and globally distributed environment.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a strong interest in process automation and operational optimization.
- Annual salary range: $29,750 – $67,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
