As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our Daycare Outreach Program, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to young children ages 2 to 6 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) inside our partner daycare in the Clermont, FL area. You will work directly under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collect data, support inclusion in the daycare classroom, and help children build foundational language, social, and self-help skills during the most critical developmental window.

What do you need?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active Florida Madicaid Provider status
- Minimum 6 months prior experience
- Ability to pass a Level II background check
- Reliable transportation and valid Florida driver's license
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
- Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
