Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home nursing services across Chatham, Wayne, and Bryan Counties. This is a 1099 independent contractor role requiring strong clinical judgment, excellent time management, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home nursing visits in accordance with individualized care plans
• Perform medication management, including reconciliation, education, and monitoring for compliance and side effects
• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation
• Assess patient conditions and communicate changes promptly to appropriate parties
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and Georgia state regulations
• Provide patient and caregiver education on disease processes, medications, and care plans
• Maintain professional communication with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability for all scheduled visits and assignments
• Participate in care coordination and follow-up as needed

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
• Current CPR certification (e.g., American Heart Association)
• Strong knowledge of medication administration and management
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
