About This Position
Description:
This is a part-time on-site role located in Dolton, IL, for the position of Administrative Clerk. The role involves providing administrative support, answering and directing phone calls, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and performing general clerical tasks. The Administrative Clerk will also assist with executive administration as required, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient organizational processes.
Requirements:- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certifications in office administration is a plus
