Job Description
The Stovall House - Program Coordinator
Stovall House Programming Coordinator
Responsibilities- Assist the Programming Manager with planning and executing all programming events.
- Coordinate event logistics and communication to ensure smooth, on-site execution.
- Create and update event content and materials with Piper & Co. Creative Studio.
- Oversee weekly email to all members promoting upcoming programming events.
- Write and maintain BEOs in TripleSeat.
- Build event layouts in Social Tables and update details in TripleSeat.
- Support event set-ups and breakdowns with the event staff team.
- Ensure all member interactions are professional, personal, and seamless.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects efficiently and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hospitality or events preferred.
- Familiarity with NorthStar, TripleSeat and Social Tables a plus (training provided).
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Confident communicator with exceptional people skills
- Professional and welcoming personality
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Can execute tasks within a timely manner
- Highly motivated and experience individual, who has worked in a similar role
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
- Impeccable appearance and personal grooming
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day shifts, evening shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint: can work on both MAC and PC Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.

Schedule: Hours May Vary, Guaranteed 30+ Hours a Week Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tampa, FL 33611: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: One location. Occasional offsite events.
