| Position Summary: | The Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for operating systems, workstations, and servers. Under limited supervision, performs complex software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages. Schedules installations and upgrades and maintains them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working in an agile environment and working with government and contractor representatives. This position will be supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | o Associates Degree OR Bachelors Degree OR 4+ years of related experience |
| Preferred Qualifications: | While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: o 5+ years of Linux System Administration Experience, such as RHEL, CentOS, and Ubuntu; particularly focused on security hardening, patch management, system automation, and ensuring compliance with DoD standards in both classified and unclassified areas |
