Talent Acquisition Specialist
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise. They will lead the recruiting efforts for Vensure and all Division Partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Actively cold call potential candidates to increase our pipeline.
• Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
• Keep candidates informed about the offer process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices to continuously improve strategies and processes.
• Represent the Company in community and recruiting events.
• Notify non-selected candidates.
• Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily recruiting questions.
• Support hiring managers with recruiting, interviewing, document creation, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personnel records according to federal and state laws.
Marginal Functions
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting.
• PEO or multi-site, multi-state experience is a plus.
