Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
2. Provide therapeutic activities and interventions to improve daily living and functional skills
3. Assess motor, sensory, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
4. Monitor patient progress and update treatment goals as needed
5. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, adaptive strategies, and home programs
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
7. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
8. Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and legal standards
Qualifications:
1. Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing
2. Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
6. Previous experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
