This role provides the opportunity to drive the success, retention, and growth of strategic mid-market accounts. The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, guiding them from onboarding through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. By leveraging a consultative approach, you will help clients achieve maximum value from their platform while monitoring adoption, usage, and satisfaction metrics. This position requires collaboration across sales, product, and support teams, ensuring seamless account management and fostering long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is data-driven, and excels at turning complex business needs into actionable outcomes that enhance client success.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
Own the full post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, retention strategies, and risk mitigation.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning solutions to maximize value.
Track account health and key success metrics using data-driven insights to proactively address challenges.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Act as the client advocate internally, providing feedback and insights to guide product and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
4–7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing sales roles, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
Proven track record of managing renewals, retention, and expansion within key accounts.
Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a proactive and positive approach.
Team-oriented mindset, collaborating across functions to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Preferred: Based in the Central Time Zone for alignment with client schedules.
