Final Inspection Lead – Spokane Valley, WA
Pay:
$17.13/hour (training)
$18.13/hour (after training)
We’re looking for a detail-driven Final Inspection Lead to ensure every product leaving our facility meets the highest quality standards. In this role, you’ll lead a small team, oversee final product checks, and play a key part in delivering accurate, high-quality orders to customers.

What You’ll DoLead and support packaging technicians—assign tasks, track attendance, and maintain quality standards
Train and mentor Final Inspectors
Perform detailed first and final product inspections to ensure accuracy and quality
Verify counts, labeling, and packaging before shipment
Track inventory, errors, and order data using internal systems
Coordinate with sales, prep, and processing teams to ensure smooth operations
Help organize shipments, load carts, and stage orders for delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Step in to support other teams as needed
Must be 21+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, tracking systems)
Leadership or team coordination experience preferred
Washington State Food Worker Card required
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs
Perform repetitive hand tasks and maintain attention to detail
Comfortable working in a production environment with noise, dust, and odors
Clear path from training to higher pay
