We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our team in a busy medium-to heavy duty truck service and upfitting business. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who can balance strong technical skills with effective team management.

Responsibilities:

*Oversee daily shop operations, scheduling, and workflow

*Supervise and support technicians, providing guidance, training and quality control

*Maintain safety standards and compliance with company and industry regulations

*Communicate with customers regarding repairs and job status

*Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm + overtime

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

*5+ years in medium–to-heavy duty truck repair

*Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

*Knowledge of P.T.O. & hydraulic systems, air compressors (Van Air brand is a plus), mobile truck cranes 3K-10K lbs.

*Lift gates rebuild and install
