Our agency is looking for a highly organized professional who enjoys working with data, processes and improvement initiatives. As a Quality Assistant, you will help monitor regulatory compliance, support quality improvement projects and ensure our healthcare services meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations associated with behavioral health and OTP compliance. Provide individual counseling and patient access to individualized treatment.
- Assists with compliance and quality improvement initiatives, including but not limited to preparation and implementation.
- Ensures ongoing measurement of patient satisfaction, including collection and maintenance of data
- Coordinate with care coordinators to provide wrap-around services.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation for survey or audits for all behavioral health and medical licensures and accreditations, including compiling internal and external information for review.
- Maintains accurately organized records of requests and input, provided by both patients and Meridian employees
- Assists with the implementation of new agency policies and procedures when appropriate.
- Assists in the coordination, observation, and response to audits of behavioral health and medical services completed by state and local boards.
- Assists with ongoing of the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), including but not limited to staffing attendance, data entry, ongoing communication with staff, and reporting.
- Communicates to appropriate staff regulatory changes impacting any Meridian HealthCare lines of business when appropriate.
- High School Diploma
- Experience with and/or an understanding of behavioral health and OTP regulations preferred
