Front of House Manager at Ascend Hospitality Group – West Jordan, Utah

Mama Bird Southern Kitchen is looking for a Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our West Jordan team! As our FOH Manager, you’ll lead all front-of-house operations and help create an exceptional dining experience every time our guests walk through the door.

Pay Rate:

$52,000 - 58,000 depending on experience

• Oversee FOH operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
  
• Motivate and manage servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
  
• Maintain high service standards and exceptional guest experiences
  
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
  
• Create daily floor plans, manage shift staffing, and support scheduling
  
• Coordinate smoothly with BOH leadership during busy periods
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming dining environment
  
• Train and develop FOH team members
  
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and administrative tasks
  
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance
  

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
  
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
• Experience with Toast POS systems and basic administrative tasks
