Maintenance at Ortonville Area Health Services – Ortonville, Minnesota

OAHS is seeking someone to join our maintenance staff to assist with a variety of duties including painting, snow removal, and small repairs at both the Hospital and Long Term Care Campus.

Job Duties:

• Ability to take initiative, have a great attention for detail and be able to work independently as well as in a team atmosphere.
• Maintenance will install, monitor, repair, and maintain OAHS’s mechanical and stationary equipment.
• Cares for physical plant including preventative maintenance, all outside traffic areas, entrances, exits, other hazards, and snow removal
• Maintains confidentiality of information concerning patients/residents, staff or public

This is a PRN or as needed position, ideally working 8-12 hours a week depending on facility needs. Requirements:

• Knowledge of electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing
• 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or relative experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $19.72 - $28.01
