We are looking for a highly motivated and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team and help support our HR department.

Position Overview:

As a HR Administrative Assistant at Radiant, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team in providing excellent service to our employees. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. As the HR Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the HR Manager and assist with various HR-related tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. This is a full-time position

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

• Coordinate and schedule new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Process and track employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

• Create and maintain HR reports, documents, and presentations.

• Assist with organizing company events and employee recognition programs.

• Support the HR Manager with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
