About the Role:
Primary Care Partners is looking for a compassionate and reliable Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with patients taking vitals, prepping for exams, and helping them feel comfortable. You’ll also support providers and nurses while keeping patient records accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities include:
-Room patients and take vitals
-Collaborate effectively with providers and team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
-Document patient history accurately in the EHR
-Administer meds, injections, and vaccines (within scope)
-Perform phlebotomy and basic lab testing
-Prepare and maintain clean exam rooms
-Return patient phone calls
-Help with general clinic flow and teamwork
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
· Current Medical Assistant certification.
· Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time 36 Hours
