Seasonal Parks Maintenance Worker at Jackson County (MN) – Jackson, Minnesota

Performs worked related to the general building and grounds maintenance of the county parks as well as assists with the groundskeeping maintenance for county buildings.

1. Operates lawn care equipment including and not limited to leaf blowers, lawn trimmers, weed cutters, and machines designed to cut grass and weeds
2. Performs inspection and cleaning of campsites, trails and buildings/park restrooms
3. Ensures parks and campsites are properly stocked with necessary items for stay
4. Checks in and collects fees for stay from campers
5. Provides general customer service to campers and visitors of Jackson County parks/trails/etc.
6. Performs Other Related Functions as Apparent or Assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this position are a valid driver’s license and at least 16 years of age. 18 years of age is preferred.
