Under the supervision of the Carle Foundation Physician Services Revenue Cycle Supervisor, assigns ICD, CPT and evaluation and management (E/M) codes to outpatient records for Carle Foundation Physician Services. Ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. Provides education for charge entry staff, and medical staff regarding documentation and coding. High School degree or equivalent; Associated Degree preferred. Three years minimum of Medical Billing and coding experience for physician services.
