Lead Regional Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Regional Coordinator based in the United States.

This role is an opportunity to lead regional education and workforce initiatives that support career advancement within the healthcare sector.
You will coordinate strategic partnerships, manage program launches, and help create pathways for learners to achieve their professional goals.

Accountabilities:

The Lead Regional Coordinator will oversee regional program coordination, employer partnerships, learner support initiatives, and operational processes to ensure successful delivery of education and career advancement programs. The role requires strong stakeholder management, project execution skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities while supporting organizational goals.

  • Lead regional workforce development initiatives by identifying employer needs, supporting career pathway opportunities, and aligning programs with partner priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, workforce partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders through consistent communication and proactive collaboration.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve program launch documentation, including timelines, stakeholder responsibilities, communication plans, checklists, and operational processes.
  • Coordinate regional projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support employer partnership activities, including workforce planning discussions, outreach initiatives, presentations, and program implementation.
  • Provide career and education coaching to learners by helping them identify goals, overcome barriers, and create actionable development plans.
  • Support workforce strategy discussions by preparing presentations, reports, program materials, and relevant insights.
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new regional team members by facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Manage program budgets, reporting activities, and grant-related requirements while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate learner records, case notes, enrollment data, and reporting information through internal systems and platforms.
  • Coordinate communication across departments using collaboration tools while ensuring timely information flow and effective follow-up.
  • Identify operational challenges, recommend improvements, and help strengthen processes to increase program effectiveness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional with experience in workforce development, education programs, project coordination, or partnership management. They should be comfortable managing complex initiatives, building trusted relationships, and supporting diverse groups of learners and stakeholders.

  • Experience in project management, workforce development, education programs, healthcare training, community programs, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and maintaining partnerships with employers, organizations, or community stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, and build relationships with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, processes, reports, and operational materials.
  • Experience supporting learner services, coaching, career development, or educational guidance initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information flows.
  • Experience working with data management systems, reporting tools, or CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Wrike, or similar project management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% for meetings, events, outreach activities, and partner engagement.
  • Must be located within Oregon, Colorado, or Nevada.
