This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and loyalty solutions within a fast-paced digital engineering environment. The role combines deep technical expertise with strategic influence, enabling you to shape customer engagement platforms that support complex business ecosystems. You will work across multiple Salesforce clouds, architect scalable integrations, and drive platform modernization initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Loyalty Cloud, while supporting related CRM capabilities.
- Build high-quality applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce following platform best practices.
- Develop and manage declarative configurations, including Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, and security settings.
- Architect and implement integrations with third-party enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and Salesforce-native integration capabilities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance through efficient Apex development, governor limit management, and bulkification techniques.
- Collaborate with product teams, architects, analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and oversee enhancements and ongoing platform support activities.
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best-fit approaches aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Mentor junior developers, promote engineering excellence, and contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities and recommend innovations to improve platform scalability, usability, and maintainability.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience working on the Salesforce platform in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty, with exposure to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud considered advantageous.
- Extensive experience developing Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming, asynchronous processing, controllers, triggers, and Salesforce development best practices.
- Deep understanding of SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, and platform security concepts.
- Experience with declarative development, including Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST services, and SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Design principles.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD practices, and Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Salesforce DX.
- Experience supporting production environments, handling operational issues, and delivering enhancements and bug fixes.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Data 360, and modern Salesforce ecosystem capabilities is considered a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
