We are currently searching for a Parts Stocker/Puller who has a high level of integrity, is hardworking and motivated to join our team.
Position Summary
Position: Parts Stocker/Puller
Classification : Full Time; Non -Exempt
Reports To: Parts Manager
Work Location: In person; Pasadena, TX
Essential Duties include but are not limited to:
- Inventory Receiving & Stocking: Unload daily freight deliveries, verify physical shipments against invoices/manifests, and safely organize parts into their designated warehouse bin locations.
- Order Fulfillment (Pulling): Use digital RF scanners and printed pick-sheets to accurately locate and retrieve brand-new OEM parts for service mechanics, retail customers, and delivery drivers.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist with routine inventory cycle counts to ensure physical stock matches our system numbers.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing components for shipping damage. Safely handle bulky or fragile items, including body panels, batteries, and tires.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Essential Requirement: Demonstrable experience with Stellantis (Mopar)parts.
- Additional Experience: Experience with the CDK system is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dealership setting.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- A valid driver's license.
Relevant Work Experience & Other Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- All applicants must pass pre-employment screening which includes Background Check, Drug Test, and MVR
- Must have clean driving record, and be licensed for a minimum of 3 years to be insurable
- Must be able to work Saturdays and up to40 hours per week
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to drive, stand, bend, and/ or walk for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 50 pounds
