Facilities Maintenance Technician in Wrentham, Massachusetts at Blackridge Properties Inc

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and tenant requests in a timely fashion to ensure excellent customer service and that our properties are safe, clean, and well maintained.

Position Details

• Full time (40 hours/week) with occasional overtime opportunities preferred by part time schedules considered
• In-person work at job sites in and around the greater Boston area (travel required, company vehicle provided)
• Flexible schedules/hours - two shift options:
  • Sunday - Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
  • Tuesday - Saturday (Sunday & Monday off)

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

?Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a clean driving record and current driving license in good standing to operate company vehicle
• CORI / Background check required
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical systems
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
