Job Description

The Guest Relations Representative will deliver and foster a premier level of service for our clients and dealerships based on trust and respect, and by developing and maintaining strong professional relationships. The position is the single point of contact for our clients to address service inquiries and concerns.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the Guest and Service Consultant if and when necessary;
- Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed;
- Work with sales and service clients as a brand ambassador to exceed client and dealer expectations in all deliverables;
- Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested;
- Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered;
- Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot;
- Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities;
- Assists in resolving guest complaints, and coordinates management assistance when necessary;
- Greet guests entering the Service Department.

Job Requirements:
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Possess outgoing personality;
- Ability to work on Saturday and Sunday.
- Pay: $20.00 per hour, Part -Time
