Software Engineer FrontEnd React

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer FrontEnd React based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity to build modern, responsive web experiences using React and JavaScript in a collaborative software development environment.
You will work closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless, high-quality applications.
The role combines hands-on development with code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement rich, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using JavaScript and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and other application layers.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, sharing knowledge and contributing to high-quality engineering standards.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve performance, usability, and technical issues across existing applications.
  • Apply automated testing practices and maintain reliable, maintainable, and scalable frontend code.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering practices.
  • Stay current with frontend technologies, industry trends, and best practices, proactively identifying innovations that could improve projects.
  • Work effectively within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Communicate technical topics clearly with teammates and stakeholders while contributing to a collaborative development culture.
  • Take ownership of assigned work, manage priorities effectively, and contribute proactively to project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong practical experience with JavaScript and ReactJS, including development of modern web applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience using version-control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of automated testing and software development best practices.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication, organization, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, committed, adaptable, responsible, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • A completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
  • Previous experience in the financial services or credit cooperative sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of additional frontend technologies or frameworks is an advantage.
  • Participation in open-source projects, technology groups, or developer communities is valued.
  • Demonstrated interest in continuous learning, innovation, and professional development.
