- Partner with Bookings Leadership to help design and refine the Trip Desk offering through beta testing, customer feedback and KPI’s
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and turnaround time while maintaining a high-quality member experience
- Depending on level hired, potential to grow and manage a team of Travel Desk Associates
- In collaboration with Indagare's Impact department, you will support impact initiatives relevant to your department and ensure your team is in alignment with these efforts.
- This position is currently remote and can be based anywhere in the United States
What You’ll Bring:

- A passion for travel planning and a natural ability to deliver excellent customer service in line with our hospitality ethos
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet key milestones on time and with quality
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple assignments at once in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Technical skills to get the job done. This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets). Slack, Salesforce and Zoom experience preferred.
