Role: ServiceNow Developer
Focus: ServiceNow development, secure integrations, ITSM, automation, and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
• Build secure REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, webhooks, IntegrationHub, and MID Server solutions.
• Develop JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Build user-friendly experiences using Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, UI Builder, and mobile.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, data, and performance issues; follow security, testing, code review, and release standards.
• Collaborate with technical/non-technical stakeholders and support upgrades, releases, documentation, and automation initiatives.

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow Development & Configuration – 4+ years
• JavaScript / Client & Server-side Scripting – 3+ years
• API Integration, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0 – 2+ years
• ServiceNow ITSM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, CMDB – 2+ years
