• Pay rate: $22-24 /hour

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and execute high-quality menu items according to the Chef’s specifications.
• Set up and stock your station to ensure smooth daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage standards.
• Assist with inventory and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
• Work closely with the culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, preparation, and presentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous culinary experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
