Marketing Manager Brand & Organic Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager – Brand & Organic Growth based in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to become a highly visible voice for a growing portfolio of digital brands within the iGaming and affiliate marketing space. You will shape brand presence across industry events, conferences, social media, and digital channels. The position combines relationship building, content creation, event marketing, and organic growth initiatives. You will build meaningful connections with industry stakeholders, media, partners, and other influential contacts. Working closely with SEO, content, and affiliate teams, you will turn events and social activity into measurable brand visibility and organic reach. This is a dynamic role for a charismatic marketer who enjoys representing brands publicly and creating opportunities for recognition and growth.

Accountabilities
  • Represent the brands at industry events, expos, conferences, networking opportunities, and other relevant gatherings, acting as a confident and engaging public representative.
  • Create original and engaging content, including photos, videos, interviews, stories, and industry insights, to capture event experiences and strengthen digital presence.
  • Plan and publish event-related and industry-focused content across relevant social media platforms to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Build relationships with industry stakeholders, media contacts, partners, and influencers to generate organic mentions, backlinks, social shares, and other brand amplification opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, affiliate, and other internal teams to maximize the impact of social media, events, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and pursue speaking engagements, panel discussions, interviews, media opportunities, and other activities that can strengthen brand credibility and industry recognition.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social and event initiatives, using insights to improve brand visibility, organic growth, and audience engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and relevant opportunities that can contribute to stronger brand positioning and organic reach.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of demonstrated marketing experience within the iGaming industry, particularly in roles involving public representation, social media, event marketing, or brand growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the charisma and confidence to act as a visible representative at industry events and across digital channels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain authentic professional relationships and develop a strong industry network organically.
  • Comfortable independently producing engaging social media content, including event coverage, interviews, photos, videos, and short-form stories.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and fundamental SEO concepts, particularly the role of organic visibility in building brand awareness and authority.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities independently while maintaining a high standard of execution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for conferences, expos, networking events, and other industry activities.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn relationships and industry activity into measurable brand impact.
