We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Farmers Insurance team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm, professional first impression
  
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions
  
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
  
• Assist the insurance team with administrative and customer-service tasks
  
• Handle emails, paperwork, filing, and general office duties
  
• Communicate professionally with customers and insurance carriers
  
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming front office

• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
  
• Friendly, positive, and professional personality
  
• Bilingual communication skills preferred
  
• Previous insurance agency experience is a major plus
  
• Farmers Insurance agency experience is especially valued
  
• Strong computer and organizational skills
  
• Reliable, dependable, and able to multitask
  
• Insurance license is not required for this position

• $3,000–$5,000 per month base pay, depending on experience
