Water & Fire Restoration Technician

Quick Response Restoration is seeking dependable and motivated Water & Fire Restoration Technicians to support emergency restoration projects.

This is a full-time, year-round subcontractor opportunity for individuals who are ready to work, learn, and grow in the restoration industry. Couples are welcome to apply together. Female applicants are strongly encouraged, particularly for Fire Restoration Technician opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with water damage mitigation and extraction
• Support fire, smoke, and odor restoration projects
• Respond to mold, sewage, and other emergency loss situations
• Perform general labor, cleanup, demolition, and debris removal
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying and restoration equipment
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Participate in emergency on-call services as needed
• Work with urgency, follow supervisor instructions, and represent the company professionally

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Availability for on-call, overtime, and emergency jobs
• Ability to work year-round in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restoration, construction, demolition, or general labor experience is a plus, but training is available

Salary Description

$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
