What you'll do

· Safely operate a stand-up reach Raymond/Toyota forklift.

· Receive, inspect, stage, store, replenish, and transfer inventory.

· Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse.

· Follow established receiving procedures and verify products, quantities, locations, and documentation.

· Be familiar with receiving documents, including purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and delivery records.

· Perform accurate and timely data entry in ERP and WMS systems, including Sage X3. Complete required receiving records, inventory documents, reports, equipment checklists, and other assigned paperwork.

· Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology.

· Communicate through Microsoft Outlook and Teams. Use Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel, to complete assigned tasks and reports.

· Provide daily work direction and support to warehouse employees.

· Serve as backup to the Warehouse Receiving Supervisor.

· Assist with training and onboarding warehouse employees.

· Reinforce company policies, attendance expectations, and safety procedures.

· Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, equipment problems, and employee concerns to management.

· Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Warehouse, receiving, or distribution experience.

· Forklift certification and stand-up reach Raymond/Toyota experience.

· Familiarity with receiving documentation and warehouse receiving procedures.

· Leadership skills and the ability to provide clear work direction.

· Strong people skills, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.

· Ability to enforce policies consistently and respectfully.

· Strong data-entry skills with attention to accuracy.

· Experience using ERP and WMS systems.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft programs.

· Ability to communicate effectively.

· Reliable attendance and punctuality.

· Ability to repeatedly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
