Esaote North America, a global leader in medical imaging, is hiring a Logistics Assistant for our Fishers, IN location. If you take pride in getting orders out the door right and on time, this role is for you.

What you'll do

• Pick, pack, and ship orders using SAP, FedEx Ship Manager, and UPS WorldShip
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documents
• Receive and inspect deliveries, demo systems, and returned service material
• Support inventory counts and keep the shipping and receiving areas safe and organized
• Work with Customer Service, Service, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to resolve shipment issues

What you need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience with business computer systems in logistics, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A sharp eye for detail and accurate data entry
• Valid Indiana driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation

A plus: SAP experience, carrier software experience, customs and international shipping knowledge, or a background in medical-device or regulated industries
