Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional Saturday work

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Recycling Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, developing people, and making operations run better every day.
This is not a desk-only management position. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operation of our Recycling Department; setting priorities, directing the team, solving problems, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse, and identifying ways to improve productivity and efficiency.
The right person will be a hands-on leader who can hold a team accountable while creating an environment where employees know what is expected, receive the support they need, and take pride in getting the job done well.
What You’ll Own
- Lead the daily operations of the Recycling Department, ensuring work is prioritized, assigned, and completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Supervise, coach, and develop Recycling Technicians and other warehouse team members.
- Set clear daily expectations and hold the team accountable for productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and performance.
- Monitor workflow and identify opportunities to improve throughput, organization, efficiency, and overall warehouse performance.
- Support and enforce Securis safety programs, OSHA requirements, and safe material-handling practices.
- Ensure employees consistently follow quality-control requirements, standard work procedures, and company policies.
- Coordinate the construction and preparation of scrap lots for sale to downstream customers.
- Partner with other Securis departments and operational leaders to solve problems and share best practices.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professional warehouse environment.
- Operate or oversee the safe use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Assist with physically demanding warehouse activities as needed, including lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Look for opportunities to make the operation safer, faster, more organized, and more effective.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, logistics, or similar hands-on operational experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead employees and keep a team focused on daily goals and priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear direction, provide feedback, and work effectively across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
- Comfortable using basic business technology, including spreadsheets, email, and warehouse or operational systems.
- Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and occasional Saturdays.
- Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred
- 2+ years of forklift operation experience.
- Current forklift certification.
- Previous supervisory or warehouse leadership experience.
- Experience in electronics recycling, ITAD, scrap processing, manufacturing, distribution, or a related industry.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar business systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
