Schedule: Flexible shifts | Camps typically run within the window of Mon–Fri (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM) & Saturdays (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

What You’ll Do

• Coach & Encourage: Lead energetic, skill-focused sessions in sports like Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Baseball, Volleyball, and more.
• Run Fun Practices: Implement provided lesson plans and curriculums designed to keep kids moving, learning, and having fun.
• Mentor Young Athletes: Help kids ages 3–12 build confidence, master foundational sports skills, and learn great sportsmanship.
• Maintain a Safe Setting: Manage sports equipment and ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all participants.

What We’re Looking For

• Sports & Coaching Background: Athletic background with prior experience in coaching, youth sports, or childcare/camp environments.
• High Energy & Positive Attitude: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate young athletes.
• Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to transport coaching equipment to local sites.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift and transport athletic equipment around gym and outdoor field facilities.
