About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Barista to join the Tailwind team located inside of the LSE airport! As a part of the Tailwind experience, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all travelers, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.
In the Barista/Cashier role, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, engaging with guests in a friendly and positive manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your main goal will be to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders with a smile
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and point of sale system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions and resolving issues
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to our standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide information about menu items and make recommendations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
Qualification/Skills:
- Experience with point of sale systems
- Previous experience in cash handling and customer service
- Barista experience-preferred
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a TSA background check to receive an airport badge
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual
