Job Title: SRS – Administrative Assistant

Type of Position: Seasonal; Part-time/Full-time

Schedule: Starts at $21.00/hr. Actual Pay depends on experience and qualifications

Summary

The Administrative Assistant performs administrative support functions including payroll support, statistical tracking, financial accountability and assistance with budgets, and general recordkeeping to ensure accurate, efficient, and smooth operation of the Ski and Ride School.

Essential Functions

• Answers phones and enables communication within and across departments.
• Addresses customer concerns when necessary and communicates to appropriate supervisors.
• Assists with onboarding, training and set-up of SRS instructors. Works closely with HR to maintain consistent accurate recordkeeping.
• Creates and communicates schedules to instructors, as well as events and policies, through use of all current channels. Payroll support, statistical planning, financial accountability, and assistance with budget by creating and maintaining logs and reports

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Siriuisware Instructor Payroll and System Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on M. Excel.
• Experience with M. Wordpress to maintain the SRS website and newsletters.
• Experience with web-based platforms to maintain the Snowpro Portal.
• Experience with Social Media to maintain the SRS Facebook & Instagram accounts
