Security Officer / Key Holder

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access

- Manage building access by controlling entry and exit points, including opening and closing the facility

- Respond promptly to security incidents and escalate issues to appropriate authorities when necessary

- Maintain security logs and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards

- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety

- Assist with emergency procedures and coordinate with emergency services if required

- Conduct routine inspections of security equipment and ensure proper functioning

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in security or related field preferred

- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations
