Laundromat Manager (Spanish Required) in Las Vegas, Nevada at SANDSTONE HEALTH MANAGEMENT

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Laundry Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy laundromat. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing day-to-day facility needs.

Pay: Up to $45,000 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laundromat operations
• Ensure machines and facility are clean, safe, and operational
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Manage supplies, cash handling, and basic reporting
• Coordinate minor maintenance needs and vendor services
• Supervise staff as needed and assist with scheduling

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Prior experience in retail, facility management, or operations preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with light administrative and hands-on duties
