Cleared American Guard (CAG) in at T47 INTERNATIONAL, INC.

T47 International, Inc. is recruiting for an anticipated construction security monitoring program supporting the U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District, on a secure construction project at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The program

protects the security integrity of the project under ICD 705 standards through site security management, construction

surveillance, and cleared access control. This is a contingent position, dependent on contract award to T47.

POSITION SUMMARY

Protects the security integrity of the construction site, the Secure Storage Area, and construction materials, furniture,

and fixtures. Controls access of personnel and materials at all vehicle and pedestrian entrances to the site.

KEY DUTIES

¦ Control access at the Access Control Facility, Vehicle Gate, Secure Storage Area, and Secure Work Area

¦ Screen all workers, vehicles, and equipment entering or exiting the site

¦ Deny introduction of prohibited items such as explosives, weapons, and electronic devices

¦ Conduct random inspections of site areas and report suspicious materials or incidents to the SSPM or CST

¦ Perform roving patrols and personnel and vehicle escorts as directed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

¦ Active, final SECRET clearance

¦ Experience in access control, physical security, military police, security forces, or construction site security

¦ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in all seasons

¦ U.S. citizen

¦ Eligible for SOFA (U.S. Status of Forces Agreement) status as a contractor employee in Japan

¦ Binocular vision correctable to 20/20 (Snellen) and near vision correctable to Saiger No. 4, both eyes; free of color

blindness; normal fields of vision (approx. 100 degrees laterally) and good depth perception

¦ Good health, without conditions that would interfere with assigned duties or with country and AOR-specific

requirements

¦ Pass a physical examination by a licensed, AMA-certified physician, including medical and drug screening, before

starting work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

¦ Completion of a CAG training course (e.g., DoS SE620 or equivalent 24-hour or longer CAG course)

¦ Prior CAG service on ICD 705 construction projects

¦ Experience with CCTV monitoring and screening equipment
