Casual Gardener

Big Boys Gardening is looking for a Casual Gardener to join our team in Darwin.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in neat lawns and clean edges, and is willing to learn. Previous gardening or landscaping experience is preferred, but not essential for the right person. We are happy to train someone who is reliable, practical, and keen to build real skills.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing lawns and edging

• Weeding garden beds

• Pruning trees and shrubs

• Mulching garden beds

• Fertilising lawns and gardens

• General outdoor maintenance

• Maintaining garden tools and equipment

• Keeping customer gardens neat, tidy, and well-presented

Requirements:

• Interest in gardening and outdoor work

• Reliability and punctuality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical stamina for outdoor manual work

• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Attention to detail and pride in your work

• Previous gardening, landscaping, or outdoor labouring experience preferred

• Availability to work on a casual basis as required
