Warehouse Worker in Kaneohe, Hawaii at ATA Services, Inc.

ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a warehouse clerk for our client Hawaii State Hospital. This role supports the hospital's inventory management and supply operations. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, tracking, and distributing medical, office, maintenance, and operational supplies used throughout the hospital.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory tracking systems and spreadsheets.
• Monitor stock levels and identify items that need replenishment.
• Conduct routine inventory counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Generate inventory reports and provide updates to management.

Receiving and Stocking

• Receive deliveries and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming supplies for damage or shortages.
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Maintain warehouse organization to ensure efficient retrieval of supplies.

Supply Distribution

• Fill supply requests from hospital departments.
• Deliver inventory and supplies throughout the facility as needed.
• Maintain records of stock issued to departments.
• Respond to urgent requests for critical supplies.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of warehouse, inventory control, logistics, receiving, stockroom, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
