SAGE Black is seeking qualified candidates who are IT Program Manager within a Domino Services/IBM Lotus Notes role to work on a new, long-term, exciting program out of our Washington Metro Area.

Qualified individuals will have experience in and or will be:

• Active and Valid TS/SCI Clearance

• Over 5 years of experience providing systems engineering for large engineering network services programs in support of a top tier US Intelligence Agency

• Over 10 years of direct on-site experience with Intelligence Agency enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs

• Strong business acumen – highly capable of meeting tight acquisition and engineering timelines in coordination with multiple vendor partners, both large and small

• Technically proficient – conversant in modern engineering, network, and cloud solutions

• Experienced in oversight of network architecture, system design, development and implementation of deliverables

• Knowledge and experience with the ICD 503 A&A process

• Deep understanding of SecDevOps

• Experienced in providing technical leadership to oversee proper engineering resolution of Tier 3/ Tier 4 operational anomalies

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, business or related field

Ideal candidates will have the following preferred skills but not required:

• Experienced in applying agile methods to deliver commercial product infrastructure deliverables

• Over 10 years of experience providing systems engineering for large engineering network services programs in support of a top tier US Intelligence Agency

• Over 15 years of direct on-site experience with Intelligence Agency enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs

• Master’s degree in engineering, management, business or related fields
