As a LEARN Behavioral Intern, youll gain career-focused experience through training and on-site shadowing while completing internship requirements connected to a partnered university. Youll observe ABA services, practice employment-related skills, and learn how clinical teams create positive change for children and families.

High school diploma or equivalent
Eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to travel to a learning center for in-person activities
Complete internship hours based on university partnership and regional requirements
Participate in ABA career training and in-person shadowing activities
Observe behavior technicians working with children with autism and special needs
Participate in observation and data-collection activities
Build career skills for behavior analysis and related helping professions
Support behavior technicians in creating positive change for children and families
