Currency Exchange International is looking for a skilled and motivated Junior Client Support Specialist to join our Sales & Implementation team. This is a hybrid position, based in Orlando, FL.
Summary: The Junior Client Support Specialist supports the sales organization and assists with day-to-day client support activities before and after a sale. This role helps maintain accurate sales and customer information, coordinates onboarding documentation, responds to routine client and internal inquiries, and provides administrative support to help the sales team meet its goals. The specialist works under the guidance of the Implementation & Client Sales Support Lead and collaborates with internal partners to ensure timely, accurate service.
Essential Functions:
- Provide day-to-day sales and client support
- Respond to routine customer and internal inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed
- Assist the manager with team tracking and reporting, as requested
- Provide basic CXI system support and assist with user administration under guidance
- Enter and maintain accurate CRM records
- Update and track sales pipeline information
- Assist with tracking customer activity and performance
- Provide basic FX Direct training and support; escalate advanced issues as needed
- Review onboarding documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with processing new customer packages and track their progression
- Support customer events, trade shows, and territorial meetings
- Assist with customer-focused sales programs and activities
- Coordinate with functional partners to help resolve client service issues
- Prepare routine sales reports from TMS and CRM
- Support clear and timely communication within the team
- Assist with business development activities, as appropriate
- Coordinate team meetings, both on-site and off-site
- Schedule conference calls
- Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up notes
- Prepare internal and external communications
- Create and update sales and marketing presentations
- Maintain Sales SharePoint files and folders
- All other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
- 0-1 year of experience in client support, customer service, sales support, or a related field; relevant internship experience is acceptable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information, policies, and procedures clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently under general supervision while effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address moderately difficult issues and escalate complex matters appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn client management, CRM, or support platform tools
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering a positive client experience
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time hybrid position based in Orlando, FL. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
