We are looking for a dependable, compassionate RN who enjoys providing high-quality one-on-one care in the comfort of patients’ homes and wants the opportunity to maximize their schedule while having more time off during the week.

Weekend Baylor Schedule

Option 1 – 3 Days:
Friday • Saturday • Sunday
12-hour day shifts

Option 2 – 4 Days:
Friday • Saturday • Sunday • Monday
10-hour day shifts

Spend more time with your patients over the weekend and enjoy additional weekdays off.

Provide skilled home health care throughout:

Rockdale • Newton • Henry Counties & surrounding areas

Position Summary

As a Weekend Baylor RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while helping them achieve the best possible clinical outcomes.

You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while working independently and collaborating with physicians and the home health interdisciplinary team.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Provide treatments and disease-management education
  • Monitor medications, symptoms, and patient progress
  • Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes and self-care
  • Communicate and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate appropriately
  • Complete accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that makes a difference

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Home Health experience required
  • OASIS experience required
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation and current auto insurance
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Dependable and committed to providing exceptional patient care
