Creative Interventions is hiring a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct, in-classroom support to students while working alongside experienced BCBAs who are genuinely invested in your growth.This isn't just a job — it's a launching pad. Whether you're aiming to become a BCBA yourself, exploring special education, or simply want hands-on experience that matters, you'll be mentored every step of the way.What You'll DoProvide direct 1:1 and small-group behavioral support to students within a school setting Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs under BCBA supervision Collect and record behavioral data accurately during sessions Support students with communication, social, academic, and daily-living skills Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers as part of a student's care team Use de-escalation and proactive strategies to support students in crisis moments, always working from a trauma-informed, assent-based approach Participate in ongoing supervision meetings and skills training What We're Looking ForRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or actively pursuing certification — we'll help you get there) High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is a plus Patience, reliability, and a genuine desire to help students grow Comfort working within a school environment and as part of a larger team Reliable transportation to assigned school site(s) Why Creative Interventions?Real Mentorship, Not Just a Checklist You'll receive ongoing, structured supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who prioritize your clinical development.A Clear Path Forward Thinking about becoming a BCBA or BCaBA?
