Night Shift RN/LPN in Princeton, Minnesota at All About Caring Home Care LLC

We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 12-year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

Details for this client's case:

• 12 year old with shaken baby and epilepsy.
• Day or Night shifts 8a-8p/8p-8a available. Part time hours.
• Client lives in Princeton with his family.

Responsibilities

- Administer nursing care to client

- Help maintain patients' treatment plan

- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors

- Maintain accurate patient medical records

- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients

- RN or LPN Minnesota License

- Ability to build rapport with patients

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
