JOB SUMMARY

Evaluate patients, develop plan of care and provide treatment within the guidelines of physician referrals, participate in efficient, cost-effective planning and operation of the Physical Therapy Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
-
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy, or equivalent.

Training and Experience
-
Two (2) years experience in Physical Therapy practice preferred, but new graduates are acceptable.

BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.
