Are you the type of person who's always thinking of your next Reel, loves spotting viral trends before everyone else, and enjoys creating content that people actually want to watch?

Clear Lakes Dental is looking for a creative, energetic, and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll create engaging content, manage multiple social media platforms, help grow our employer brand, and showcase the amazing people who make our company special.

This position is 100% in person at our headquarters in Little Canada, MN. You'll regularly visit our dental clinics to capture content, work directly with our team members, and help tell the story of one of Minnesota's fastest-growing dental organizations.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same! You'll split your time between content creation, social media management, video production, marketing projects, and brand growth.

Social Media Management
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content
  • Write captions that match our brand voice
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, viral content, and emerging platform features
  • Research successful healthcare and local business content for inspiration
  • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to grow our brand
Content Creation & Video Production
  • Film videos and capture photos at our clinics and company events
  • Create engaging Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content
  • Film weekly content with company leadership
  • Edit both short-form and long-form videos
  • Coordinate with freelance video editors and implement revisions
  • Organize and maintain our growing library of marketing assets
  • Repurpose existing content into new social media posts
Online Reputation Management
  • Monitor Google Reviews across all clinic locations
  • Respond professionally to new and updated reviews
  • Follow up with clinic leadership regarding customer feedback
  • Track and report negative reviews and trends
  • Prepare weekly review reports for leadership meetings
  • Manage ReviewTec and Google Business review activity
Analytics & Strategy
  • Analyze weekly social media performance, including:
    • Engagement
    • Watch time
    • Saves and shares
    • Best-performing content
    • Trending hashtags and audio
  • Recommend new content ideas based on performance data
  • Participate in campaign brainstorming and seasonal marketing planning

Employee Engagement & Internal Marketing

  • Manage our Snap Share Reward Program
    • Review submissions
    • Write captions
    • Send eGift card rewards
  • Create employee recognition posts, including:
    • Team member anniversaries
    • Team spotlights
    • Feel Good Friday posts
  • Help coordinate company events including:
    • Summer Party
    • Winter Party
    • Team lunches
    • Quarterly company outings
  • Create Paylocity announcements and employee communications
Marketing Support
  • Schedule weekly content across all social platforms
  • Create LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok posts
  • Prepare weekly Spotify podcast emails
  • Organize digital marketing files and creative assets
  • Visit clinics monthly to capture fresh photos and video content
  • Assist with seasonal campaigns and special marketing projects

Every week you'll be involved in activities such as:

  • Scheduling social media content
  • Filming and editing videos
  • Reviewing analytics and improving performance
  • Monitoring Google Reviews
  • Researching new trends
  • Creating graphics and marketing content in Canva
  • Brainstorming future campaigns
  • Reporting marketing performance to leadership
  • Organizing content for upcoming weeks
